Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Coilover Conversion System lifts 2023–2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks 2.5–3" (lift range varies by powertrain and Tremor package; see application notes below) while replacing the factory coil-spring setup with a fully adjustable 2.5 VS Series remote reservoir coilover front and 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks. The system is designed for on-road daily use, towing, job-site duty, and light off-road driving. OEM wheels and tires are compatible; a single rear wheel configuration is required.
Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.
Adjustable Ride Height Without Sacrificing Daily Drivability
The 2.5 VS Series remote reservoir coilovers allow user-defined ride height adjustment within the stated lift range, so the truck can be dialed in for load, tire size, or terrain without swapping springs. Vehicle-specific valving and ICON-engineered coil springs are tuned as a matched set, which means the front end responds consistently whether the truck is empty on the highway or loaded for a job site. The coilover conversion also opens the door to adding a secondary shock in the future. Contact ICON for compatible options.
Radius Arms Built Around Tire Clearance and Caster Control
The fabricated, fully boxed radius arms included in this system allow on-vehicle caster adjustment and are profiled specifically to clear a 37" tall tire at full steering lock without contact. A sealed pivot bushing reduces road noise and is designed for long service life. Note that 37" tires may require fender trimming and modifications; 35" x 12.50" tires are the recommended fitment without body modifications.
Rear Suspension Compliance Through Leaf Spring Expansion Packs
The rear of the system uses ICON's leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts to reduce axle wrap and improve compliance over rough surfaces. On F-250 models, the included 1" cast block adds approximately 0.5" of rear lift over stock; on F-350 models, rear ride height is reduced by approximately 0.5" compared to stock. The 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks and 2" bump stop spacer kit complete the rear package.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits owners of 2023–2026 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks (single rear wheel) who want a complete front coilover conversion with matching rear hardware for improved ride quality on-road, while towing, or on light off-road terrain. OEM wheels and tires are compatible from the factory.
This system does not fit F-350 Cab & Chassis models, dual rear wheel configurations, or 2WD Super Duty trucks. Tremor-equipped trucks achieve a reduced front lift range; diesel Tremor models see 1.5–2" and gas Tremor models see 2–2.5" of front lift rather than the nominal 2.5–3" figure. Trucks equipped with OnBoard Scales require an additional sensor bracket (part 66203); trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps or OnBoard Scales also require part 611081. ADAS recalibration is required after installation. An adjustable track bar (sold separately) is recommended to correct axle placement and bump steer geometry.
Common Questions
Does this system fit my F-350 dually?
The ICON Stage 1 Coilover Conversion System (K63201RL) fits single rear wheel F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD models only. Dual rear wheel (dually) configurations and F-350 Cab & Chassis models are not compatible with this system.
How much lift will I get if my truck has the Tremor package?
Tremor-equipped Super Duty trucks see a reduced front lift range with this system. Diesel Tremor models achieve 1.5–2" of front lift; gas Tremor models achieve 2–2.5". Non-Tremor diesel trucks achieve 2.5–3" and non-Tremor gas trucks achieve 3–3.5". Rear lift figures are the same regardless of Tremor package.
Is an adjustable track bar included?
An adjustable track bar is not included in the ICON Stage 1 Coilover Conversion System. ICON recommends adding an adjustable track bar to realign the front axle after installation; a bump steer bracket (part 64039) is also recommended. Both are available separately.
Will 37" tires clear without modifications?
The fabricated radius arms in this system are profiled to clear a 37" tall tire at full steering lock without contacting the arm itself. However, 37" x 12.50" tires may require fender trimming and other body modifications. The recommended no-modification tire size is 35" x 12.50".
Does installation require any special steps beyond bolting in the components?
Installation of this coilover conversion system requires removal of the coil centering cup in the factory coil bucket. ADAS recalibration is required after install. Trucks with OnBoard Scales need an additional sensor bracket, and trucks with Dynamic Bending Headlamps or OnBoard Scales need part 611081. A brake line kit is optional for installers who prefer not to bend the factory steel lines.
