ICON 2022-2026 Toyota Tundra Stage 11 TRD 2.5 CDXS Tubular Suspension System
Couldn't load pickup availability
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 11 (TRD) suspension system is a complete 2–3.5" lift solution for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra, built around 2.5 Series CDXS remote-reservoir front coilovers, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, triple-rate rear coil springs, and an adjustable rear track bar that the Stage 10 system does not include. Front lift range varies by powertrain: 2–3.5" for most i-Force gasoline models, 2–3" for i-Force MAX hybrid models, and 0–1.5" for TRD Pro. Rear lift is .75" on TRD-suspension-equipped Tundras and 1.25" on non-TRD models.

Dual-Speed Compression Adjustment, Front and Rear
Every shock absorber in this system carries ICON's Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valving, which separates high-speed and low-speed compression control into two independent 10-position detented dials. That separation lets a driver soften low-speed damping for daily comfort without sacrificing the high-speed firmness that controls body motion on rough terrain, and those two adjustments can be made independently in a way a single-knob shock does not allow. The 2.5" shock body and increased piston area also deliver up to 40% more front wheel travel than stock components.
Corrected Geometry Through the Full Travel Range
The tubular upper control arms replace the factory units with corrected front-end geometry, added caster, and improved component clearance. The ICON Delta Joint PRO, covered by U.S. Patent 10,731,700, replaces the OE ball joint with a serviceable, rebuildable unit that allows full bump and droop travel without bind. The included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in the OE sway bar links across the suspension travel range, so the full wheel travel is usable without overstressing factory components.
Triple-Rate Rear Coils and On-Vehicle Track Bar Adjustment
The triple-rate rear coil springs use a softer rate through droop and normal ride, then transition to a firmer overload rate before bottoming, a combination that improves daily ride quality while resisting hard bottom-outs off-road. The billet 6061 aluminum adjustable rear track bar, CNC machined and anodized, centers the rear axle after the lift and can be fine-tuned on the vehicle without removal or disassembly, using double adjuster rod end threads. Tubular rear upper and lower links are made from 1-3/4" x .313-wall DOM tubing with a multi-stage black powder coat finish, PTFE-lined FK rod ends, and multi-durometer bushings that require no periodic greasing.

Who This Is For and Isn't
This system suits 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra owners (on i-Force gasoline or i-Force MAX hybrid powertrains, 4WD or 2WD) who want a complete front and rear suspension upgrade with 2–3.5" of front lift, independent compression damping adjustment, and the geometry correction and added wheel travel that tubular upper control arms provide. It is specifically tuned for Tundras already equipped with a TRD suspension package, where the included rear springs are calibrated to deliver .75" of rear lift.
This system is not compatible with Tundras equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Air Suspension also require ICON part number 55153 (sold separately). 4WD models without the TRD Off-Road package require either the ICON Differential Drop kit (part number 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage (not required for TRD Pro). Tundras equipped with a TRD aluminum skid plate require ICON part number 55164 (sold separately). Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration is required after installation. Tundra owners who want lower rear ride heights should consider ICON part number K53201T instead.
Common Questions
What does this Stage 11 system include?
The Stage 11 system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra includes 2.5 VS CDXS remote-reservoir front coilovers, tubular front upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, a front sway bar drop kit, triple-rate rear coil springs, tubular rear upper and lower links, a billet adjustable rear track bar, and 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS remote-reservoir rear shocks, covering all components for a complete front and rear suspension upgrade.
How much front lift does this system provide on a TRD Pro Tundra?
On a 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, the Stage 11 system provides a front lift range of 0–1.5" over stock. Most i-Force gasoline sub-models achieve 2–3.5" of front lift, and most i-Force MAX hybrid sub-models achieve 2–3". All lift ranges are measured from a stock-equipped vehicle; adding accessories that increase vehicle weight will affect the achieved lift height.
Is this system compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension or air suspension?
The Stage 11 system for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra is not compatible with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) or Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. Tundras with automatic leveling headlights or Load-Leveling Air Suspension require an additional ICON bracket kit (part number 55153, sold separately) and are still subject to the air suspension incompatibility noted above.
Do 4WD Tundras without the TRD Off-Road package need any additional parts?
Yes. 4WD Tundra models without the TRD Off-Road package require either the ICON Differential Drop kit (part number 55156) or Toyota TRD axles to avoid potential front axle damage. This requirement does not apply to TRD Pro models. The ICON Differential Drop kit is sold separately.
Does installation require any recalibration or additional steps?
Installation of the Stage 11 system on a 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after the install is complete. Tundras with a TRD aluminum skid plate also require ICON part number 55164 (sold separately). ICON provides an installation guide for this system.
