Each arm is constructed of heavy-wall DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) tubing, CNC-formed and fixture-welded for consistent geometry, then finished in a multi-stage black powder coat. At the frame pivots, Heavy Duty Dual Stage bushings seat in precision-machined housings. The bushings are greaseable and rebuildable, keeping the pivot feel responsive over time rather than requiring full arm replacement when service is due.
