ICON 2000-2004 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty & 2000-2005 Excursion 4-8" Lift Front Box Kit

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Front Box Kit supplies the geometry-correction hardware needed to complete a 4–8" lift on 2000–2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks and 2000–2005 Ford Excursion SUVs (4WD models only). The kit pairs with an ICON 4–6" lift suspension system and accommodates taller lift heights up to 8" over stock. All fabricated components arrive powder-coated and the installation is fully bolt-on with hardware included.

Geometry Corrected Across the Full Lift Range

The track bar drop bracket is CNC laser-cut and brake-formed from .25" steel plate and mounts in one of two positions, keeping the track bar parallel to the drag link across the 4–8" lift range. Proper track bar angle holds axle placement consistent under load and through suspension travel, which matters most on rough terrain where an uncorrected bar would push the axle off-center mid-articulation.

Bump Steer and Sway Bar Bind Addressed Together

A 4" drop pitman arm brings the steering drag link back into parallel with the track bar, eliminating the bump steer that lifted solid-axle trucks develop when those two links run at mismatched angles. Front extended sway bar links with polyurethane bushings restore the correct sway bar angle and prevent bind through the full range of suspension travel, so the sway bar continues to do its job rather than fighting the lift.

Finish and Hardware

Every fabricated bracket and arm in the kit is coated in a semi-gloss black powder coat finish for corrosion resistance. All mounting hardware is included for a bolt-on installation.

Will this fit a 2WD F-250 or F-350?
