Dual-Ball Design Covers a Wide Range of Trailer Weights

The mount carries both a 2" ball and a 2-5/16" ball on a single shank. The 2" ball is rated for trailer weights up to 12,000 lb and tongue weights up to 3,000 lb. The 2-5/16" ball is rated for trailer weights up to 22,000 lb and tongue weights up to 3,000 lb when paired with a Heavy Duty BulletProof hitch, and up to 36,000 lb trailer weight and 6,000 lb tongue weight when paired with an Extreme Duty BulletProof hitch. Having both balls on one mount means a single purchase covers most conventional and gooseneck-adjacent trailer classes without swapping hardware.

Mount the Sway Control to Either Side

3/4" mounting plates sit on both sides of the dual ball, so the sway control bar can attach to the driver side or the passenger side depending on trailer geometry. The two-plate layout also allows running two sway control systems simultaneously for very large or unbalanced loads. A 1-1/4" ball for connecting the sway control unit itself is included, so no separate ball purchase is required to complete the system.
