On vehicles with stock bumpers, seating the pin in an inboard hole keeps more of the shank inside the receiver opening for a tighter, lower-profile fit. On vehicles with aftermarket bumpers where the shackle must clear the bumper face to be usable, the outermost pin hole adds 1-1/2 inches of extension. The 36,000-pound rating applies equally in every pin-hole position and orientation.

Hardened Hardware Included
