23ZERO Transit Cover 87 Black Round Ladder Gen 2.0

The 23ZERO Transit Cover 87 Black Round Ladder 2.0 is a protective cover designed for 87-inch 23ZERO soft-shell rooftop tents equipped with a round telescoping aluminum ladder. This Gen 2.0 cover is the current standard fit for the Walkabout 2.0 and Breezeway 2.0 soft-shell rooftop tents, and mounting straps are included with purchase.

Built Around the Round Ladder Profile

The Gen 2.0 transit cover is shaped specifically for the round telescoping aluminum ladder now standard on the Walkabout 2.0 and Breezeway 2.0. The round ladder occupies less than half the 48-inch tent width, so the Gen 2.0 cover profile differs from the Gen 1.0 square-ladder version. Using the correct generation ensures a secure fit on the road.

Straps Included

Unlike the Gen 1.0 transit covers, which require straps purchased separately, the Gen 2.0 Transit Cover ships with mounting straps included. Having everything needed for installation in one box means the cover is ready to fit the moment it arrives, without a separate order holding up a trip.

Specifications

Who This Is For and Isn't

This cover suits owners of 23ZERO Walkabout 2.0 or Breezeway 2.0 soft-shell rooftop tents that use the round telescoping aluminum ladder, specifically the 87-inch tent size, who want a transit cover with straps included and no additional purchases required.

This cover does not fit Gen 1.0 square-ladder tents (Walkabout, Breezeway, or Weekender models using the square aluminum sliding ladder), tents other than the 87-inch size, or any tent not listed as compatible above. Gen 1.0 owners need the separate Gen 1.0 transit cover, and straps for that version are sold separately.

Common Questions

Does this cover work with the original Walkabout or Breezeway (Gen 1.0)?

The 23ZERO Transit Cover 87 Black Round Ladder 2.0 is designed for the Walkabout 2.0 and Breezeway 2.0 only. Gen 1.0 Walkabout, Breezeway, and Weekender tents require the Gen 1.0 transit cover, which is a separate product, and straps for that version are sold separately.

Are mounting straps included, or do I need to buy them separately?

Mounting straps are included with the Gen 2.0 Transit Cover 87 Black Round Ladder 2.0. This differs from the Gen 1.0 transit covers, for which straps must be purchased separately.

How do I know if my tent has a round ladder or a square ladder?

The round telescoping aluminum ladder on Gen 2.0 tents occupies less than half the 48-inch tent width when stowed. The square aluminum sliding ladder on Gen 1.0 tents spans the full 48-inch width of the tent. Confirm your ladder type before ordering to ensure the correct transit cover fit.

What size tent does this cover fit?

The Transit Cover 87 Black Round Ladder 2.0 is sized for 87-inch 23ZERO soft-shell rooftop tents. Owners of other tent lengths should verify that an 87-inch cover matches their specific tent before purchasing.
