23ZERO Transit Cover 87" Black for Square Ladder Soft-Shell Tents

The 23ZERO Transit Cover 87" Black is a protective cover designed for Generation 1.0 Walkabout, Breezeway, and Weekender soft-shell rooftop tents equipped with the square aluminum sliding ladder, the ladder style that spans the full 48-inch width of the tent. This listing is for the 87-inch length, square-ladder variant only; other sizes and ladder styles are sold separately.

Protects the Tent Shell Between Trips

A soft-shell rooftop tent left exposed during transit collects road grime, UV exposure, and weather that shortens the life of the shell fabric and zipper seals. The Transit Cover wraps the folded tent to keep it clean and protected on the road, so the tent is ready to open when camp is reached rather than needing a wipe-down first.

Built for the Square Ladder Profile

The square aluminum sliding ladder on Generation 1.0 Walkabout, Breezeway, and Weekender tents sits across the full 48-inch width of the tent when folded. The Transit Cover 87" is cut to accommodate that wider ladder profile. Buyers with a round telescoping ladder or a Generation 2.0 tent need a different cover; see the fit notes below.

Features

• Correct fit for square ladder tents: shaped for the full-width square aluminum sliding ladder on Gen 1.0 soft-shell tents
• 87-inch length: sized for the 87" tent footprint in this lineup
• Black colorway: low-profile appearance on the vehicle roof during transit
• Straps sold separately: mounting straps are not included and must be purchased as a separate 1.0 Transit Cover Straps accessory

Specifications

Who This Is For and Isn't

This cover suits owners of Generation 1.0 23ZERO Walkabout, Breezeway, or Weekender soft-shell rooftop tents that use the square aluminum sliding ladder, the ladder type that spans the full 48-inch tent width. It is the right choice for anyone who needs an 87-inch cover and already has or plans to purchase the separate 1.0 Transit Cover Straps.

This cover does not fit tents with a round telescoping ladder, Generation 2.0 Walkabout or Breezeway tents, or any tent length other than 87 inches. Mounting straps are not included in this purchase.

Common Questions

How do I know if my tent uses a square or round ladder?

The square aluminum sliding ladder on Generation 1.0 Walkabout, Breezeway, and Weekender tents stretches across the full 48-inch width of the tent when folded. The round telescoping ladder on those same tents takes up less than half that width. If the ladder spans the full tent width, the square-ladder Transit Cover is the correct choice.

Are mounting straps included with this Transit Cover?

No. The 23ZERO Transit Cover 87" Black Square Ladder does not include mounting straps. The Generation 1.0 Transit Cover Straps are a separate accessory and must be purchased independently to secure the cover during transit.

Does this cover fit Generation 2.0 tents?

No. The Generation 2.0 Walkabout 2.0 and Breezeway 2.0 soft-shell rooftop tents use a round telescoping ladder and require the updated Generation 2.0 Transit Cover, which includes straps. This 87" square-ladder cover is designed for Generation 1.0 tents only.

What tent lengths does this listing cover?

This listing is for the 87-inch length only. Other lengths in the 23ZERO Transit Cover lineup are sold as separate listings and are not interchangeable with this cover.
