23ZERO Soft Shell Rooftop Tent Repair Material Kit

The 23ZERO Soft Shell Rooftop Tent Repair Material Kit is a set of upcycled 23ZERO production fabrics (mesh, PVC transit cover material, and green tent fabric) packaged in a zippered upcycled bag for field repairs, reinforcement work, or DIY fabric projects on soft shell rooftop tents. Each material panel measures 11 x 11 inches. The kit ships as a single unit weighing 1 lb.

Same Materials, Second Life

The mesh, PVC, and tent fabric panels in this kit come from genuine 23ZERO production stock that would otherwise be discarded after manufacturing. The materials are the same spec as those used in 23ZERO soft shell rooftop tents, so a patch or reinforcement made from them will behave the way the original tent fabric does: flexing, sealing, and wearing at the same rate as the surrounding material rather than fighting it. That consistency matters when a repair needs to hold through seasons of trail use, not just one weekend.

Three Materials, One Compact Kit

The kit includes three distinct panel types: a mesh panel for ventilation-area repairs, a PVC panel that matches the transit cover material used to protect the tent during transport, and a green tent fabric panel for the main shell. Having all three in one bag means a single kit covers the most common soft shell failure points without needing to source materials separately. The zippered upcycled bag keeps the panels flat and clean inside a vehicle, a gear bin, or a tool roll.

Specifications

Who This Is For and Isn't

This kit suits owners of 23ZERO soft shell rooftop tents who want to carry matching repair material on the trail or keep a supply on hand for workshop maintenance. The three panel types cover the main shell, transit cover, and mesh areas, which are the most common soft shell wear points. It also works for general fabric repair or DIY projects where mesh, PVC, or tent-weight fabric is useful.

This kit does not include adhesive, seam sealer, thread, or any application tools; those items are not part of the kit as described. It is not sized for large-area repairs, as each panel is 11 x 11 inches. It is not designed for hard shell rooftop tents, and the green tent fabric color may not match every 23ZERO soft shell colorway.

Common Questions

What fabric panels are included in the 23ZERO Soft Shell Rooftop Tent Repair Material Kit?

The kit includes three 11 x 11 inch panels: one mesh panel, one PVC transit cover material panel, and one green tent fabric panel. All three are sourced from genuine 23ZERO production materials and arrive in a zippered upcycled fabric bag.

Does the kit include adhesive, seam sealer, or tools?

No. The 23ZERO Soft Shell Rooftop Tent Repair Material Kit contains only the three fabric panels and the storage bag. Adhesive, seam sealer, thread, and application tools are not included and would need to be sourced separately.

Which 23ZERO tents is this repair material compatible with?

The material types in this kit align with those used across the 23ZERO soft shell rooftop tent lineup. It is not specified for hard shell 23ZERO tents. If you are unsure whether the fabric matches your specific tent model, contact TerrainVault before ordering.

How large are the repair panels, and is that enough for a typical field repair?

Each panel in the 23ZERO Soft Shell Rooftop Tent Repair Material Kit measures 11 x 11 inches. That size covers small tears, punctures, and high-wear reinforcement patches. It is not intended for large-area damage requiring full panel replacement.
