The Lodge Essential Enamel Braiser is an enameled cast iron braiser designed for stovetop and oven cooking. The enamel coating eliminates rust concerns, tolerates acidic ingredients, and allows the pot to double as a fridge-safe storage vessel. It comes in seven colors, all in a 3.6-quart size.
