The Lodge Cast Iron USA Enamel Dutch Oven is an enameled cast iron Dutch oven made in the United States — the first enameled cast iron of its kind to be manufactured on US soil. The enamel surface handles acidic ingredients without issue, while the cast iron construction provides the heat retention and durability the material is known for. It is available in three colors: Cherry On Top, Smooth Sailing, and Cloud Nine, all in a 4.5-quart capacity.
