The Goal Zero Nomad 13 is a 13-watt monocrystalline solar panel that folds flat for transport and produces power whenever it is exposed to sunlight. It does not store energy on its own; it charges USB and 12V devices directly, or feeds a compatible power bank for later use. The panel is weather-resistant and will not be damaged by rain or snow. It ships with a 12V adapter included.
Features
- 13-watt monocrystalline output: rated at 13W with an open circuit voltage of 18-22V.
- Foldable and weatherproof: folds to 10.5 x 9 x 1 in for storage and travel; resists rain and snow.
- Built-in USB port: regulated 5V/1A output lets you plug a phone or small device directly into the panel.
- Chainable design: solar port supports daisy-chaining with compatible Goal Zero panels and packs.
- Multiple output ports: USB, 8mm solar port, and 2.5mm mini solar port cover a range of devices and rechargers.

Care and use
Angle the panel toward the sun to maximise output. Clouds and windows reduce collection efficiency. The panel produces power only when exposed to sunlight and does not hold a charge on its own. You can connect a USB device and a 12V device simultaneously, though charge times for both will increase.
