Goal Zero Alta 80 Dual-Zone Electric Cooler

The Goal Zero Alta 80 is a 77.8-liter portable electric refrigerator with an aluminum exterior and an LG compressor. It is rated for outdoor use and accepts power from a 12/24V DC source, a vehicle's 12V auxiliary port, or a standard 100/240V AC wall outlet. Two independent compartments allow separate temperature settings, so one side can run as a refrigerator while the other runs as a freezer, or both can be set to the same temperature. An insulated cover is included in the box.

Care and use

• Pre-cool the unit before loading food: it reaches 35°F from 75°F in approximately 45 minutes.
• Load the unit into your vehicle before adding food and beverages to reduce lifting weight.
• The unit operates on a flat surface and will continue to function when tilted up to 45 degrees.
• Pair with a solar panel to keep a power station charged off-grid for extended runtime.
