The Freespirit Recreation Shower Awning Kit is a fully enclosed, vehicle-mounted privacy enclosure for showering, changing, or using a portable toilet at a remote campsite. It mounts to an FSR rooftop tent's side channels or to a standard roof rack using universal brackets — no drilling or fabrication required. Stowed, the unit measures 42.5" L × 5.5" W × 6.7" H and weighs 16 lbs, keeping the profile low enough to clear trail vegetation. The kit ships as a single configuration.
Features
Collapsible floor tray with drain: Keeps you clear of dirt, mud, and standing water; the drain hose routes water away, and the tray collapses flat for storage.
Removable roof: A roll-away lid keeps rain and sun out when closed and stows out of the way when open — most camp shower enclosures are open to the sky.
Integrated dimmable LED lighting: USB-powered LEDs with variable brightness make the enclosure usable after dark; an exterior pocket holds a battery bank (sold separately).
Fast deployment: Two straps and two pull pins release the arms and material into position; stowed width is 5.5".
Zip-down vehicle access window: A zippered panel lets you reach into the cab or truck bed without stepping outside the enclosure.
