The Freespirit Recreation Aircore is a self-inflating air mattress designed for rooftop tents. Its construction combines an 80% memory foam core with a 20% air chamber, giving sleepers a consistent base that can be adjusted each night for firmness. When deflated and rolled, the mattress compresses to approximately 0.5 inches thick; inflated, it reaches 3 inches. It is compatible with Freespirit Recreation Evolution, Aspen Pro, Aspen Pro XL, Evo XL, and Odyssey tents. Two widths are available: Standard (49 inches) and XL (55 inches).
Features
- Adjustable firmness: The air chamber lets you add or release air to tune support each night -- firmer for back sleepers, softer for side sleepers.
- Self-inflating: Opening the valve when you pop the tent starts foam expansion automatically; a pump top-up brings it to your preferred firmness without inflating from scratch.
- 3-inch inflated thickness: Provides sleeping loft without consuming meaningful tent headroom, while the 0.5-inch packed thickness leaves space for bedding on top.
- Valve design: Inflate and deflate nozzles are engineered to hold air during inflation and release cleanly during deflation, with no backflow.
- Tent compatibility: Fits Evolution, Aspen Pro, Aspen Pro XL, Evo XL, and Odyssey rooftop tent models.

Care and use
- Use an air pump to fully vacuum out air and achieve complete deflation before rolling.
- Do not store the mattress inside the tent in extreme heat conditions.
- Avoid overinflation, folding with air inside, and contact with sharp or abrasive surfaces.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods or leave inside a closed, high-temperature environment.
- Close the valve fully after use; avoid forceful handling or overtightening of the valve.
