sea-to-summit-ultra-sil-outhouse-toilet-paper-holder
Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil Outhouse Toilet Paper Holder

The Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil Outhouse is a hanging toilet paper holder built for camp and trail use, keeping a full-size roll dry and dispensable in wet or humid conditions. The waterproof roll-top closure, taped seams, and 30D Ultra-Sil fabric give it a hydrostatic head greater than 2000mm, and the whole unit weighs 50g.

Stays Dry When the Weather Does Not

The Ultra-Sil Outhouse uses the same roll-top closure system found on dry bags, combined with seam-taped construction and a polyurethane-coated interior. A hydrostatic head greater than 2000mm means rain, condensation, and splashing do not reach the roll inside. Keeping toilet paper reliably dry at camp removes one of the more frustrating small failures of a wet trip.

Ready to Hang, Easy to Reload

An adjustable nylon cord lets the Outhouse hang from a tree branch, a tarp line, or around your neck on the way to the privy. Inside, a stiffening rod suspends the roll so paper feeds smoothly without bunching. The rod snaps open for fast roll replacement, which matters when the Outhouse is shared across a group and needs to be restocked quickly.

Practical for Group Camp Use

Because the Ultra-Sil Outhouse can be hung in a central, visible location, it doubles as a vacant/occupied signal for a camp toilet area. A single unit serves a whole group without anyone needing to carry their own supply, which simplifies camp logistics on multi-day trips.

Features

30D Ultra-Sil fabric: 100% nylon with CORDURA yarns, Non-PFC DWR outer finish, and PU-coated interior

Roll-top closure: fully waterproof, non-wicking, with taped seams and hydrostatic head greater than 2000mm

Internal stiffening rod: suspends the roll for smooth dispensing; snaps open for roll replacement

Adjustable nylon cord: hang from a tree branch, tarp line, or around your neck

Full-size roll capacity: accommodates a standard full-size toilet roll

Specifications

Specification

Value

Material

100% Nylon (30D Ultra-Sil with CORDURA yarns)

Weight

50 g / 1.8 oz

Dimensions

26 × 17 × 32 cm / 10 × 7 × 13 in

Hydrostatic Head

Greater than 2000mm

Closure

Roll-top, non-wicking, seam-taped

Hanging System

Adjustable nylon cord

Toilet Roll Included

No

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Ultra-Sil Outhouse suits car campers, backpackers, and overlanders who want a lightweight, waterproof way to store and dispense toilet paper at camp, particularly on multi-day trips or group outings where a shared, centrally hung dispenser is practical.

The Ultra-Sil Outhouse is a toilet paper holder only.
