Constructed from high-impact polypropylene with six push-button latches, a polymer O-ring seal, and a 3-micron hydrophobic purge vent, the V730 protects rifles and their accessories via road, trail, or air travel. Available in Black, Tan, and Ghost Gray.

Built to Absorb the Worst Roads and Flights Can Deliver

The V730's polypropylene shell is rated crushproof and weather-resistant across a temperature range of 0°F to 140°F, meaning the case holds its shape and seal whether it's strapped to a roof rack in summer heat or pulled from a cold truck bed before a morning hunt. The polymer O-ring creates a continuous perimeter seal, and the automatic purge vent (a 3-micron hydrophobic non-woven membrane) equalizes pressure without letting moisture in. That combination matters when a case moves between altitude changes in cargo holds or gets rained on in the bed of a truck: the interior stays dry without requiring any manual valve adjustment.

Six Latches and Padlock Loops for Airline and Range Security

Six push-button latches distribute closure force evenly across the lid, reducing the chance of a single-point failure under impact or rough handling. Each latch opens quickly without tools, so access at the range or in the field is fast. The case includes padlock hole loops sized at 0.46 inches in diameter, which accept standard locks for checked-baggage travel: a practical detail for hunters and competitors flying with firearms who need to meet airline and TSA requirements without sourcing specialty hardware.

Four Foam Layers Sized for Tactical Configurations

The V730 ships with four layers of protective polyurethane foam filling a 44.00 x 16.00 x 6.25-inch interior. The 16-inch interior width and 6.25-inch total depth accommodate rifles with optics, suppressors, or folding stocks alongside magazines and accessories without requiring a custom foam cut on day one. The lid depth of 1.57 inches and bottom depth of 4.68 inches allow a layered loadout, with the long gun in the bottom and accessories in the lid, while keeping the overall exterior footprint at 47.12 x 19.18 x 6.9 inches.

Features

Crushproof polypropylene shell: high-impact body rated for road, trail, and air transport

Six push-button latches: secure closure with fast, tool-free access

Polymer O-ring seal: continuous perimeter seal for weather resistance

Automatic purge vent: 3-micron hydrophobic membrane equalizes pressure without admitting moisture

Four layers of polyurethane foam: full interior protection included, no additional purchase required

Padlock loops: 0.46-inch diameter holes accept standard locks for airline compliance

Made in USA: 3-year limited warranty

Specifications

Specification

Value

Exterior Dimensions

47.12 x 19.18 x 6.9 in (119.68 x 48.72 x 17.53 cm)

Interior Dimensions

44.00 x 16.00 x 6.25 in (111.76 x 40.64 x 15.88 cm)

Interior Volume

2.55 ft³ (0.07 m³)

Lid Depth

1.57 in (3.99 cm)

Bottom Depth

4.68 in (11.89 cm)

Weight (with foam)

22.07 lb (10.01 kg)

Weight (no foam)

17.30 lb (7.85 kg)

Padlock Hole Diameter

0.46 in (1.17 cm)

Body Material

Polypropylene

Foam Material

Polyurethane (ELE, 1.12 lb)

Latch Material

ABS

O-Ring Material

Polymer

Hinge Pins Material

Stainless Steel

Purge Vent Material

3-Micron Hydrophobic Non-Woven

Temperature Range

0°F to 140°F (-18°C to 60°C)

Country of Origin

USA

Warranty

3-Year Limited

Available Colors

Black, Tan, Ghost Gray

Who This Is For and Isn't

The V730 suits hunters, competitive shooters, and tactical users who need a hard case for rifles up to 44 inches in interior length (including configurations with optics or folding stocks) and who travel by vehicle or commercial air where crushproof protection and lockable latches are required.

The V730 does not include locks; padlocks must be purchased separately.
