Made from neoprene, these wraps cover the coil spring, shock shaft, and shaft seals to reduce contamination-related wear on vehicles that regularly encounter mud, dirt, rocks, road salt, and snow.

Shipping: ICON parts ship direct from ICON Vehicle Dynamics, mostly by UPS Ground. Lead times vary by part and some items are built to order, so please allow extra time. We email tracking as soon as your order ships.

Protection Where Wear Starts

Shaft pitting and cut seals are among the most common reasons coilovers require early rebuilds, and both result from abrasive debris reaching the shaft and seal surfaces. The neoprene construction of the ICON 2.5 Series Coil Spring Wrap creates a barrier against rocks, grime, snow, and road spray across the full span from the upper coil adjuster nut down to the lower spring perch: the section of the coilover most exposed to roost and road debris during off-road use.

On and Off Without Removing the Shocks

The wraps install and remove via Velcro closure in seconds without taking the coilovers off the vehicle. Elastic-banded ends hold the neoprene snug against the coilover body, closing gaps that would otherwise allow debris to work its way in under the wrap. ICON recommends cleaning both the shock and the wraps thoroughly when heavily coated in road grime or mud before reinstalling.

Features

Neoprene construction: resists dirt, mud, rocks, road salt, snow, and spray

Full-span coverage: covers from the upper coil adjuster nut down to the lower spring perch

Velcro closure: installs and removes in seconds without unbolting the coilover

Elastic-banded ends: form-fit seal at both ends to limit debris ingress

ICON Shield logo: stacked logo graphic on each wrap

Sold as a pair: two wraps per order

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Material

Neoprene

Size designation

Long

Coilover fit range

14.5"–15.5" (coil adjuster nut to lower spring perch)

Closure type

Velcro

End finish

Elastic-banded

Quantity

Pair (2 wraps)

SKU

191009

Who This Is For and Isn't

These wraps suit any vehicle running ICON 2.5 Series coilovers, or other coilovers in the same size range, that regularly see muddy trails, rocky terrain, snow, or road-salt exposure where shaft and seal protection is a priority.

The Long wrap fits only coilovers measuring 14.5 to 15.5 inches from the coil adjuster nut to the lower spring perch; coilovers outside that range require a different size.
